Overview
我們的專案重新設計了學習管理系統 (LMS)，以通知系統為核心功能，旨在簡化使用者體驗。目標是優先呈現重要通知，為學生、教師和管理員等所有使用者建立無縫接軌的連結。
新的設計圍繞一個直覺化的通知中心，提供作業、成績和課程變動等的即時更新。透過將使用者從通知直接導向相關頁面，系統減少了完成任務所需的步驟，從而營造更專注的學習與教學環境。
這個動態工具能主動協助使用者，將他們與 LMS 的互動從被動轉化為主動、引導式的體驗，大幅提升參與度和生產力。
Our project redesigned the LMS, focusing on the notification system as the core feature to streamline the user experience. The goal was to prioritize essential alerts, creating a seamless connection for students, instructors, and admins.
The redesign features an intuitive notification hub that provides real-time updates on assignments, grades, and course changes. By guiding users directly to relevant pages, the system reduces steps needed for task completion, fostering a more focused learning and teaching environment.
This dynamic tool proactively assists users, transforming interaction with the LMS into an active, guided experience that boosts engagement and productivity.

目前的 LMS 存在資訊架構過於複雜的問題，導致使用者難以找到他們需要的資訊。此外，不夠直覺的使用者介面 (UI) 元素也容易造成頻繁的操作錯誤，對整體使用者體驗產生負面影響。
The current LMS suffers from a complicated Information Architecture, making it difficult for users to access the information they need. Additionally, the unintuitive UI elements lead to frequent user errors, negatively impacting the overall user experience.

本次 LMS 重設計的重點在於打造簡潔極簡的 UI/UX，並建立資訊中心化的通知系統。我們設計了一個直覺的通知中心，能提供作業、成績等即時更新，同時透過行動導向性設計，讓使用者點擊通知後可直接跳轉至相關頁面，大幅減少操作步驟。介面方面，我們追求簡約，藉由理性運用字體、色彩和圖標來區分資訊，並採用留白和卡片式設計，將複雜資訊轉化為清晰、易於瀏覽的區塊，從而提升整體效率和體驗。

This system is action-oriented: clicking a notification leads users directly to the relevant page, significantly reducing the steps needed to complete tasks. The interface prioritizes clarity through the rational use of typography, color schemes, and iconography to differentiate information, employing whitespace and a card layout to transform complex data into clear, easily navigable blocks, thus boosting overall efficiency and user experience.

In terms of UI/UX, we focused on creating a clean, minimalistic interface with a strong emphasis on typography, color schemes, and iconography to differentiate notification types. Each user role has customized notifications tailored to their needs:
1. Students are alerted about upcoming deadlines,
2. Instructors receive grade submission reminders
3. Dmins manage system updates effortlessly.
